The LTU Small Manufacturers Roundtable is designed to allow a free sharing of challenges and success stories associated with managing a small manufacturing company. Successful small manufacturing owners will be featured who have proven to grow their business. Case studies will be presented on the impact growth has on talent, financing, scaling operations, automation, integration of advanced technologies, and customer diversification. Information on LTU’s new ScaleUp for Success Program designed to help small manufacturers and hardware innovators grow their business will also be highlighted.

About our speaker: Lance Tennant is a native Michigander educated at Kalamazoo College, University of Michigan, and School of H. Knox. He began his career in manufacturing in 1983 (JAC Products, Keeler Brass) and joined Cascade in 1987. He currently serves as Cascade’s Senior Sales Executive focused on the Automotive market. He’s married with two sons, two granddaughters, and three Australian Shepherds.
